We are excited to announce that Justin Hampton has joined us as our newest addition to the MEF staff!
Justin will serve as the Director of Innovation and Strategic Initiatives.
A former management consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton, public school teacher, and community development non-profit executive, Justin brings a unique spectrum of leadership experience to his role at MEF. He is a recognized thought leader in neighborhood transformation through the avenues of youth diversionary programming, public education, and job creation.
A published author, father of three, and husband of one, he obtained his undergraduate degree from Tuskegee University and a Masters in Public Administration from Harvard University. His belief in the untapped human potential of under resourced neighborhoods fuels his passion to see systemic barriers to opportunity torn down, while families and communities are lifted up.
And with his wife April, he is co-founder of the start-up real estate development company Divine Holdings, LLC. His work in historic home revitalization and residential investment has been featured nationally on NPR radio.
Please join us in welcoming Justin to the Montgomery Education Foundation!
